International radar updates in Google Earth

With spring approaching, weather watchers will surely be looking forward to thunderstorm season and storm chasing, aided by the weather layers that we added to Google Earth a few months back. You may remember that it was only available in the US at the time, but I'm excited to let you know that we've now gone international, as promised!
